The Control tower of Flex EMEA is located in Oostrum. As part of the Flex Sketch-to-scale solution approach, the Control tower is providing end-2-end solutions for customers. Managing multiple partners in transport and warehousing. To further strengthen the control tower solution for one of our customers we are looking for an experienced Account Management Coordinator. In this position you will lead the Regional Coordination Centre-team (RCC). Your role is to be the liaison between the customer and the internal Flex organization ensuring we deliver the right service aligned with supply chain goals of our customer. The scope reaches from inbound (air, ocean, rail), DC operations, outbound distribution (road, parcel), supply and demand planning, customer service. The environment can be described as very dynamic and challenging as it is continuously developing. Organize good teamwork with other professional co-workers (total 5) on achieving the required deliverables is key. You are the driving force to initiate new projects and make sure performance is delivered. You will report into the responsible program manager for the RCC-account.
