Function Account Coordinator (full time) Area : Office, Flex GSS Venray

Flex provides supply chain distribution and logistics for product development and fulfillment across a network of industries, suppliers and distribution partners around the world. We provide solutions from engineering through product end of life. And we also deliver forward and reverse logistics including vendor managed inventory, fulfillment, product configuration and repair. The result is improved visibility with less waste and overhead and a more stable, balanced supply chain, responsive to constantly changing market demands. Flex is broadening its Sketch-to-Scale operations, whereby we offer customer total solutions from product design, through production to final delivery to the end-customers. The Control tower of Flex EMEA is located in Oostrum. As part of the Flex Sketch-to-scale solution approach, the Control tower is providing end-2-end solutions for customers. Managing multiple partners in transport and warehousing. To further strengthen the control tower solution for one of our customers we are looking for an experienced Account Management Coordinator. In this position you will lead the Regional Coordination Centre-team (RCC). Your role is to be the liaison between the customer and the internal Flex organization ensuring we deliver the right service aligned with supply chain goals of our customer. The scope reaches from inbound (air, ocean, rail), DC operations, outbound distribution (road, parcel), supply and demand planning, customer service. The environment can be described as very dynamic and challenging as it is continuously developing. Organize good teamwork with other professional co-workers (total 5) on achieving the required deliverables is key. You are the driving force to initiate new projects and make sure performance is delivered. You will report into the responsible program manager for the RCC-account.

• Customer facing thereby representing the service we deliver for total end-to-end solution in cooperation with the program manager
• Coordinate and manage the activities within the contract, working with direct and indirect reporting lines of team members.
• Actively lead and/or participate in projects and operations.
• Drive for process improvements, with the end-customer experience as the key objective.
• Create solid, consolidated performance reporting by gathering information from your colleague specialists.
• Provide KPI reporting data and participate in business reviews, internally and with customer
• Support the implementation of new or expansion of existing customers with new services.
• Ensure cross training, SOP’s, holiday are aligned with projects and peak periods.

Requirements

• Bachelor/master’s degree in e.g. logistics or economical field
• Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in different logistics areas.
• Broad know how is preferred of divers set f supply chain processes ranging from international transport services to warehousing and order management.
• Know-how of processes WMS, TMS systems, data analytics.
• Strong communication skills in English, Dutch preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizing skills
