As Business & Application Analyst you are part of a team responsible for IT Solutions and developments. You work closely with our Supply Chain Business team focussing on (new) customer implementations and changes.

Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• You act as an IT stream lead in project driven customer implementations
• Translate customer and business process requirements into required IT solutions using the variety of applications
• Specify the system development with functionalities, data, and interfaces
• Engage closely with IT college responsible for configuration, solutions, programming
• Coordinate implementations and inform management on status of the activities and deliverables
• Evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing business processes and underlying applications
• Work with a team to create standardized and reusable solutions.

What you’ll need to have to be successful and happy in this role:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree (Business Analyst, Logistics, or IT background).
• Thorough knowledge of transport and supply chain processes.
• Ability to translate business process requirements into IT solutions.
• EDI knowledge.
• Project controlling skills.
• Cooperative and result driven mindset.
• Structured, analytical flexible.
• Good English communication skills (additional Dutch is welcome, not required).
