At Flex Venray we have an exciting opportunity for an Quality Assurance Coordinator who will make our enthusiastic Quality team complete, together with our Quality Engineers, Quality Controllers en Operational Trainers (14 fte). We are looking for a driven colleague who is passionate about quality, customer satisfaction, compliance and continuous improvement and have a significant part in bringing our Quality Framework and the tools we use to the next level in our organization! In this role you will report to the Sr. Quality Assurance Coordinator.

Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• (Co-)lead/participate in performance and continuous improvement project on topics such as Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process, Maturity KPI Dashboards, Tableau department reporting;
• Develop, implement, monitor and continuously improve the Quality procedures and processes;
• Analyze, review, improve and govern quality performance (KPI management and reporting, assessments, complaints & audit follow up);
• Execute (scheduled) audits of internal processes and procedural adherence.
• Identify gaps in processes, documentation, or systems that need to be addressed and present to management for remediation.
• Support external annual audits for ISO certifications, including follow up on identified remediations to ensure completion.
• Coordinate NCR’s with internal and external resources to ensure evidence is gathered thoroughly and in a timely manner.
• Lead and develop the knowledge and skills of our internal auditor team.

What you’ll need to have to be successful and happy in this role:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience;
• Capability to quickly absorb knowledge of related ISO standards and Quality Framework;
• At least 3 years work experience in a quality minded environment, advice Managers on Quality topics and help create quality awareness;
• Fluent in Dutch as well as English (written and oral);
• Deal with resistance and able to question/understand the stakeholders and apply appropriate tactics;
• Pro-active, action oriented as well as analytical mindset; able to see the wider picture.
