Beschrijving

• You develop the quality systems framework and regional quality guidelines to assure compliance of the distribution operations with regulatory guidelines and corporate quality requirements;


• You direct the development and implementation of regional and local quality processes and procedures, related to manufacturing, distribution and storage practices;


• You develop and manage the internal inspection program for quality relevant areas, to verify compliance of distribution and storage practices;  you identify gaps and incompliances and define and implement corrective and preventive action programs; you develop quality awareness in the operational groups;


• You continuously evaluate and improve EMEA quality requirements and processes for control, storage and distribution of the products.

Functie-eisen

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Food Sciences, Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Sciences;


• Minimum of Seven years  experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in food, pharmaceuticals, medical devices or similar;


• Experience in managing and conducting audit programs like GMP, HACCP, BRC or similar;


• Good knowledge of quality standards for food and dietary supplements;


• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and principles;


• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, in different levels and with sensitivity to cultural diversity;


• Flexible, pragmatic approach and problem-solving attitude;


• Self-motivated;


• Structured and strong planning skills;


• Strong persuasive and effective communicative skills;


• Proficiency in English language (both verbal and in writing).
