As the Customer Service Representative Nordic, you are responsible for the communication with your client group. The main focus is to establish a satisfied and happy customer. Your tasks are:

Your salary is around €1800,- gross per month on a fulltime basis (40 hours), but you also work 32 hours if you prefer. The travel costs off public transportation are fully covered and by car up to 60km single trip. There are some growth opportunities within this company. The current marketing director started in a customer service position 7 years ago.
Do you have an enthusiastic personality and do enjoy being in contact with people via phone and email? Then this might already be the perfect job for you!
It works out in your favor if you already have some experience, however, this is not required. You do need excellent communication skills in the English and any of the Nordic (Swedish, Danish, Noorwegian) languages.
